As a New York Times bestselling cookbook author and certified functional medicine health coach, I bring a unique blend of expertise in integrative nutrition and culinary coaching. My own journey through struggles with low blood sugar and anxiety showed me the incredible power of food to transform health. I’m here to guide you on your own path to feeling your best, one bite at a time.


Trinity

I’m Trinity, and I’m thrilled to be co-hosting the Heal Thru Food community with Missy. I hold an advanced degree from the University of Oxford, where I explored the gut-brain axis. My passion lies in uncovering the profound connection between nutrition and overall well-being—mental and physical.
